Founded in 2018, TNJC Homes began with a simple mission: eliminate fake listings and hidden addresses in Nigerian real estate. What started as a small team of property verifiers in Lagos has grown into the nation’s largest verified property directory – covering all 36 states plus the FCT, with over 15,000 successful transactions.

We physically inspect every property before it appears on our platform. Our address database is built from on‑ground surveys, not scraped data. Today, thousands of Nigerians and diaspora investors trust us to find corporate housing, rental apartments, and hotel accommodations with 100% accurate locations.
